Hey guys welcome back to my channel today we're going apartment, hunting, okay, you guys we just got to the first.
I'm excited, let's see what it's about, we don't have to go in again, yeah, it's just so that I can like compare and contrast.

So this this is the dining room, all the apartments, and then this would be in the floor plan compared to the 695.
A big difference is you have two entries into your bathroom, so you have an entry coming in from this way and then you have one from your bedroom and that way you do have guests over.
They don't have to go through your bedroom yeah.
I actually like that yeah and then this is like the pantry yes ma'am and this floor plan.
You get a little more closet space.
So as you go into your bedroom, the hallway leading into your bathroom, you have both a regular closet and then like a little closet on the other end as well, so hmm bigger than what I have.
Oh more storage.
I, like it uh uh, oh yeah! This is a lot of space.
It is yeah and then is this for storage.
I like that it's outside yeah right, yeah, yes, okay, so we just got done with the first apartment um I liked it.
I actually really liked it.
Um I, like the pool y'all, are going to see a clip of the pool um.
I think I already put the clip of the pool and I showed y'all the apartment.
It is small, but I like it because it's just me like I don't really need a lot of space, but I feel like it's enough for just me um.
I really like it a lot.
I love their gym.
I didn't record the gym, but I like their gym.
They have a yoga room and a spa room.
I love that love the pool say it again.
I love the pool um, it seems really quiet.
It reminds me of my first um I went to school in beaumont, lamar university um.
The way like the the apartments are styled and the way she said that some apartments, when you open the door there are stairs as soon as you open it and go up.
That's exactly how my apartment in beaumont was so I like this place, it's quiet, it's calm.
The area seems really quiet and calm like that's something I'm paying attention to is the area, but so far I I like it.
I do already just got to the second apartment, just from the outside of you.

Oh wow pool is really nice side, fire pit turn.
Do you have any pets? No, I don't I'm thinking about it, though.
Okay, because we have a large dog park right on this side, fenced off park with a dog walk station.
I'm really thinking about it.

What how many square feet is this place? They got four 704.
It looks bigger the majority of the space.
If you decide to go a little bit, less will lose her feet in the living room yeah, but everywhere else will yeah.
I think they ate to the bathroom.
Once you get into the bedroom, this one has double axes, and this is the patio oh wow.
Oh this one comes with a yard yeah.
This is a lot I like this um.
Oh, the room is big too.
This is a king size.
Bed, oh really, yeah the room is spacious.
What do you think I, like it yeah the place, looks a lot bigger because I came from a place that had 7 27 and it just looks smaller yeah yeah.
This place looks huge.
I really like it, though it just works, uh well like the flow of it mhm entry.
It just makes sense and then, in that room right there in that closet, your washer and dryers are included.
Oh really, okay, let me see oh, this is so cute.
Hmm, it's like a storage space yeah, because technically the kitchen doesn't have a kitchen pantry yeah, but there's a lot of there are a lot of cabinets yeah.
So it's still a lot of like storage wow.
I love people just put shelves in here.
Yeah, I'm really impressed, especially with the space like it looks, really huge.
Okay, you guys.
So I just got done with the second apartment.
I know I said I love the first one, but no guys like I really love this one like I didn't, show y'all like the nicks and crannies of the clubhouse, but they have so much like space, so many rooms, I'm trying to take my youtube to another level, give y'all different scenes different vibes.
This is giving me that the pool was also beautiful.
I think I, like the other pool better, but this pool is also still really nice.
I love, oh, my goodness.
I love the apartment.
The apartment is smaller than the last one.
The last one looked way smaller.
Maybe I love this place like I know I said the last place was number one, even though that was my first place.
I looked at this might be the number one like.
I told her to put me down on the guest list because I love the floor plan but because it just looks so big again.
It's just me.
I don't mind a smaller floor plan.
I really don't um, so I'm on my way to the next apartment, but I think I'm gonna stop the video here.
